First... I shouldn't have put all my frustration towards you for all of it.
I encountered some other people I knew, and each had their own enchantment.
[ Great intro V, now get to it. ]
They're both uncomfortable and humiliating in different ways.
The first flower gave a fellow researcher a number of my memories from before Fellden. The way he looked at me afterwards was horrible, and then he could barely look at me at all.
The second flower was a much more insistent version of the mistletoe. I kissed someone I barely know out in the street.
Well, perhaps he'll come around. There is something to be learned about the magic in the flowers, after all.
[Right? Make it a research project. Anyway-]
I don't think I know anyone who fits the description of your forbidden beau. [constantin,] But you have met him before, yes? What is he like outside kissing?
no subject
Supposedly.
What are you going to do if I break that promise.
no subject
[Like, they probably can't be friends anymore if V tries to kill him, for example. Please don't.]

[ Oh. Is this the control freak finally freaking out. ]
no subject
Then perhaps you should arrange an emergency policy of sorts. Griffon, maybe...?
no subject
Griffon can't do anything against me, none of the familiars can.
But the Warlock could, and he might not kill me in the process. I should prepare something you could use as an offering.
no subject
Me? Shall I add a polite note?
[How does one make an offering! He's never tried.]
no subject
Sometimes they know just from your wish when you place the item in their offering bowl. A note doesn't hurt.
no subject
Do you suppose this is a new promise, or an addition to the other one?
[Should he check for more tattoo flowers.]
no subject
[ He has... a lot of tattoos. ]
no subject
[There are... only two people he keeps getting into these promises with, after all. It can be only so many options.]
no subject
[ About that flower. About being a needy controlling wreck for days at a time. ]
no subject
[Dramatics aside... or, well, dramatics expected, but mmm.]
no subject
[ Unfortunate shit and all. ]
She's excited to experiment in the kitchen for you.
no subject
[The pastries? Very tasty. But "experiment"...]

no subject
[He's been poisoned, he would figure it out. Probably.]
If she is excited, then I will be the same!
no subject
It's her first time having a home, she wants to hostess and be with friends. So thank you.
There were some other things that happened after I left you.
no subject
[Does it matter how long they've already lived there? Nope! He'll bring something. Now then, the gossips? Lay it on him.]
What happened?
no subject

Your fellow researcher cast judgment on you? I'm sorry for that. It hardly sounds fair for something outside your control.
But tell me all about who you've been kissing!
[The whiplash here is intense. Spill!!]
no subject
I don't know if it was judgment so much as... overwhelmed. I think he felt much of, it's disturbing to feel like you're someone else, but not quite.
[ V super fucking knows, and then passed it on like a virus to Syr. ]
I will, but contain yourself. He's a Star Court claimed, near my height with dark curls.

[Is he good enough for you, V...]
no subject
Yes, at the New Year's ball under more mistletoe. Those let you escape if you hugged someone or said something polite to them though.
He gets along with Griffon too well, smells like cigarettes, but he's funny and doesn't notice much when I bully him.
